Trust & Compliance

How PMG Conducts Itself

PMG operates across dozens of markets, in deeply trusted roles inside client organisations, and through a group of companies with distinct mandates. What holds all of it together is a shared standard of conduct across every engagement.

Our Code

How We Expect Everyone at PMG to Behave

PMG's Code of Conduct is the single document that brings our ethics and compliance commitments together in plain language. It applies to every employee, contractor, consultant, embedded leader, and executive across the ECG Group — regardless of seniority, company, or jurisdiction.

What We Stand For

Six principles govern how PMG conducts itself. Each is backed by a formal policy and enforced across the group.

Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption

PMG has zero tolerance for bribery and corruption in any form, in any jurisdiction, under any circumstances. Facilitation payments are prohibited absolutely. Any engagement involving public officials is subject to heightened scrutiny and pre-approval.

Conflicts of Interest

PMG's business model creates genuine potential for conflicts of interest. We manage this through transparency and process: mandatory disclosures, Chinese walls, information barriers, and recusal where necessary.

Client Confidentiality & Data Protection

Every piece of information a client shares with PMG is treated as strictly confidential. Client data is never used to train AI models, never shared with third-party platforms without consent, and never used across clients.

Fair Treatment and Equal Opportunity

Decisions at PMG are based on merit, qualifications, and ability. We maintain zero tolerance for discrimination or harassment. Anyone who raises a concern in good faith is protected by our non-retaliation policy.

Responsible Use of Technology & AI

PMG uses AI to support consulting work, never to replace human judgement. Every deliverable reflects human accountability. All AI tools undergo rigorous multi-dimensional risk assessment before client deployment.

Intellectual Property & Attribution

We respect the intellectual property of others as fiercely as we protect our own. This means proper attribution, safeguarding client trade secrets, and upholding ethical open source and licensed software standards.

Human Rights

Modern Slavery and Human Rights

PMG has zero tolerance for forced labour, child labour, human trafficking, and all forms of modern slavery. This commitment applies to PMG's own operations and to every supplier, subcontractor, and partner we work with.

PMG complies with applicable modern slavery legislation across all jurisdictions in which it operates, including Canada's Supply Chains Act, the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, Australia's Modern Slavery Act 2018, and UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

Speak Up

Raise a Concern Safely and Confidentially

PMG's Whistleblower & Speak-Up mechanism is open to everyone — employees, contractors, licensees, clients, suppliers, and members of the public. If you have a concern about conduct within PMG's operations involving misconduct or an ethical breach, report it directly here.

Reports can be made anonymously. PMG treats the identity of every reporter as strictly confidential and guarantees zero retaliation against anyone raising a concern in good faith.
